Open Up Your Mouth

A Fire shut up in my bones….

But if I say, “I will not mention his word or speak anymore in his name,” his word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot.

Proverbs says that passion is rottenness to the bones but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. God wires each person with a unique expression of Himself. He put us  in charge of running the earth. We are the vice regents and as such we are set on a course of pleasing Him. He is pleased to see us fulfilled to our highest potential. What are you holding back? What is it that God has been building in you? How do you express your love for God for other people?

Be #singleminded and focused. Get where you are going. Step by step. Don’t despise small beginnings.. because you aren’t small. You’re 10 feet tall.

Go you!

Wow I heard some pieces of this in a sermon I heard yesterday! Great stuff Amy, thanks for sharing! (By the way, that passage in Jeremiah is one of my signature life verses that God gave to me after I did a prophetic conference in Romania. I found myself unable to keep in the stuff he was putting on my heart to share with these people and what’s I found myself crying a lot and what is Jeremiah known as? The weeping Prophet. Very funny God, very funny)
